SUSTAINABLE METAMORPHOSIS FOR AVENUE DE FLANDRE RESIDENCE, PARIS 19

As part of the exceptional renovation of a residence belonging to the Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris (RIVP), the Syndicat National du Bardage et de la Ventilation des Industries de la Façade (SNBVI) is delighted with the contribution made by Carea, one of its founding members. The brand played an essential role in the metamorphosis of this emblematic building, featuring one of its historic products, Carea Ardal GRANITÉ, in the color Blanc Chiné (9-50).

Durable, resistant materials to maintain and enhance architectural heritage

The residence, located at 52 avenue de Flandre in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, was successfully renovated, preserving its historic character while meeting the specific challenges of refurbishment in an occupied environment, the need for a resistant material to renovate the
basements and the use of sustainable materials. The facade solution chosen to meet these challenges was Carea Ardal GRANITÉ, used here in a horizontal Bardage Avec Ossature (BAO) system.

The official inauguration of the renovated residence took place on September 13, in the presence of the Mayor of the 19th arrondissement and part of the RIVP management team.
