With this new framework, we collect data in a more transparent way. This section sets out how we collect it, and how we use it. This enables us to offer you products and services tailored to your needs.

How is your data collected, stored and processed?
What data do we collect?
The data we collect or hold about you has been collected directly from you. We may also collect information about you when you interact with us, for example when you call us.

How long do we keep them?
We will retain your data for as long as you use our services and platforms. We may also retain it even if you decide to stop using our services or platforms, in particular to comply with applicable legislation, to defend our interests or to enforce our rights. We will keep it within the legal limits depending on the type of data; when we no longer need it, we will destroy it securely in accordance with our internal policy or make it completely anonymous.
The contact details of a customer or prospect who does not respond to any solicitation for 3 years will be deleted.

How do we ensure the security of your data?
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We require our staff to comply with strict security and information protection standards.
Cookies
Carea uses cookies(1) which are stored on the user’s computer and make it possible to analyze the user’s use of the website and to recognize the user on subsequent visits. The information gathered enables Carea to analyze the structure and usage patterns of its websites. In this way, Carea can continuously optimize its sites by improving their content or personalization and simplifying their use.
