Last week, Club Prescrire, ARCHIGROUP, Icade, GCC CONSTRUCTION / ENERGIE / IMMOBILIER and all the partners involved in this exemplary refurbishment project 🏗️ enjoyed an excellent evening of discussions on the NEXT project in Lyon.

A humanistic and realistic project, where low-carbon renovation, bio-sourced materials and the enhancement of existing structures redefine an active first floor, open to the city and to new uses 🌱

Our Acantha SHELL material, laid horizontally with picture return, contributes to this new contemporary identity while supporting the project’s energy ambitions.
