SUSTAINABLE METAMORPHOSIS FOR AVENUE DE FLANDRE RESIDENCE, PARIS 19

The Syndicat National du Cladding et de la Ventilation des Industries de la Façade (SNBVI) is delighted with the contribution of Carea, one of its founding members, to the exceptional renovation of a residence belonging to the Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris (RIVP). The brand played an essential role in the metamorphosis of this emblematic building, showcasing one of its historic products, Carea Ardal RIVEN, in the color Blanc Chiné (9-50).

Durable, resistant materials to maintain and enhance architectural heritage

The residence, located at 52 avenue de Flandre in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, was successfully renovated, preserving its historic character while meeting the specific challenges of renovation in an occupied environment, the need for a resistant material to renovate the
base panels and the use of sustainable materials. The façade solution chosen to overcome these challenges was Carea Ardal RIVEN, used here in a Cladding with backing structure (CWB) system with horizontal installation.

The official inauguration of the renovated residence took place on September 13, in the presence of the Mayor of the 19th arrondissement and part of the RIVP management team.
