The facade of this residence uses Carea mineral facade cladding, URBA finish, implemented here with the CWB Cladding with backing structure system. The layout of this façade takes advantage of the properties of these claddings, which can be assembled without joints, giving the appearance of a continuous pattern: 6 large panels are grouped together, giving the illusion of very large-format elements, thanks to the layout and the joints skilfully created between the units.

This trompe-l’œil, combined with the very contemporary pattern of the UrBA cladding, lends an attractive modernity to this original building.
